Hi there, my name is Robyn, and I’m a Senior Product Designer at Twilio, a customer engagement platform (SaaS) enabling users to build personalized and unique customer experiences. I’m currently creating new communication solutions on the Twilio Flex team.

Before my present role, I worked at Procore on the platform/collaboration team designing project management software for the construction industry. I've also designed digital products for non-profits. My projects included re-designing a web presence for an education company, producing new features for a food bank site, and creating conceptual products to improve mental health. Making an impact and helping people are important to me, and UX design allows me to do both while considering my fondness for aesthetics.

I like to balance my design projects with moving and getting inspired in nature - surfing, skating, or beach volleyball. Being a Mexican/Filipino woman in tech and coming from a working-class family, I’m also a strong advocate for inclusion and diversity. I always strive for growth, and regularly seek out new situations to inspire or challenge myself.
